Piano Man - Billy Joel Tribute Miami Concert reviews
What's a U2? Hint: Not Muse.
I thought to myself "Hey, should we take her to see her favorite band for her birthday?" So, this girl I like is crazy about Piano Man - Billy Joel Tribute. Overall, it was worth it. We took some vacation time and traveled from Arkansas to see the concert.
Muse started things off and, without any sort of explanation, the concert started pretty late. I'd have preferred the dull roar of the stadium to their music. I'm sure it's not for me, but some people like it. There was too much distortion and reverb to make it enjoyable. I'd never heard of Muse before this, and now I think I'm just going to never hear of them again.
After Muse left the stage, we were treated to something between 10 and 40 minutes of the crew trying to get things set and happy for Piano Man - Billy Joel Tribute. Then eventually Piano Man - Billy Joel Tribute came out, and the experience went from "Well at least I'm sitting next to a pretty girl" to "This is AWESOME!"
The pretty girl really enjoyed the acoustic version of Sweetest Thing, the space dome thing with the amazing screen, and the part where a microphone came down from the space dome. It was very fun to watch.
Had it not been for the long delays before starting the show and the opening act, I would have rated this at 5 stars. Piano Man - Billy Joel Tribute was amazing.
